Redirecting

So it has been a while since I've last blogged. I haven't had much time to go out and take outfit pictures, or let alone even blog. I've been very busy and I couldn't stress that enough.

So lets cut to the chase. I've decided that this blog isn't just going to be focused on one topic such as outfits. I will now be including health and fitness along with my opinions on such topics, and my baking! This blog isn't meant to teach you how to eat, lose weight, how to work out , or how to bake. It simply will be a way for me to "journal" my feelings and opinions on things that really interest me and hopefully interest you too. Enjoy!

My Autumn Colors

I'm loving this weather right now. Eighty degrees with a little bit of wind, so perfect. Today I thought I would take some pictures of clothes I've recently bought. There is clearly a pattern going on here in the color of clothes I keep buying....

Hmmm all earth color tones I see? Yes, I don't know what is going on with me lately but all of these colors I have been drawn to! I can't help it or explain what is going on, but what I can tell you is that  these colors will be the main colors of my fall wardrobe! I'm okay with that, obviously haha.

Minted Outfit

Fall please hurry! I'm so sick of stepping outside and immediately being covered in sweat. I'm ready to see the pretty colors of the fall leaves and I'm definitely ready for sweaters and cardigans! I know I could wear those clothing items right now, but it is just way too hot! So as I was saying, please fall I'm begging you to get here as soon as possible, thank you!

Dress, Belt, and Shoes/ Target : Watch/ Fossil

This outfit is pretty interesting to me. Just a few days ago, I was walking around Target looking for a few things I needed and instead I bought too many things I really did not need. This dress is one of those things I did not need, but it was a must have because of the color! This dress was actually found in the pajama section because it is an overlarge pajama shirt! How sneaky, and you can't even tell! All I had to do was style it up with a cute belt and accessories and I was good to go. Plus, it was only $10! I love Target.

Today I had a garage sale with Kate and Becki. It was pretty successful and in the end, everything we didn't sell we just traded with each other. I had a lot of fun and a bunch of our friends all stopped by to support us too!  Sadly, I didn't get too many pictures of my outfit because I got drenched in sweat and was busy selling all of my things! Oh well.

Days just keep flying by

I have been so busy lately! I've been playing a lot of tennis, working, and getting a lot of things ready for classes. Man, I'm just everywhere these days. This post is going to be short and sweet because I need to get some shuteye so that tomorrow when I wake up at seven, I won't be crying from sleep deprivation.

Seven hundred and thirty days

I have been dating my boyfriend Wally, for exactly seven hundred and thirty days today. I had a fun date with him so I wanted to tell and show you all about it, but first I need to start from the beginning. I decided to make delicious cupcakes from a recipe I found at a site called Ming Makes Cupcakes. I love baking, and wally loves sweets so it was the perfect idea! Then I got all of his presents, his card, and myself together and drove to his house. When I arrived at his house he ran out to meet me at my car with an umbrella so I wouldn't get my hair wet. He knows I'm the type that doesn't really care too much about hair, but he still came running out anyway! From his house, he drove us to a restaurant where we had dinner and watched a play. We had a lot of fun together and it was really really great!

 Wally and I both agreed that we like dressing up and we don't need a special occasion to do so! So now we are going to just randomly start dressing up and going out for fun whenever and to wherever we want. Sounds like a fun and great idea to me.

One hundred and nine degrees isn't what I'd prefer

It is too hot here. Come on, One hundred and nine degrees? Bleh. On the bright side, this gives me an excuse to wear really light and baggy tank-tops, woo! Today I'm running around like a crazy person so this is going to be short and sweet.

I bought this romper at Urban outfitters and I was so excited about it. But if you knew me, you'd know that I really dislike trying on clothes at stores because I'm lazy. So I got home and it had a hole in it and fit really awkward. Oh well! I plan on selling it at a garage sale I'm having with Kate.

Recent Cravings

It's basically twelve o' clock and I'm sitting here going to different websites picking out all of the clothes I wish I could afford and have in my closet, how pathetic. I'm really wishing I had some more floral in my closet! I only have one dress that is a black with floral and I really just want a lighter floral dress. I wouldn't mind owning a floral skirt either! I love all of these items I found on Modcloth, and if I could have a trillion dollars in store credit, I can almost promise you I'd spend it all. So If anyone is feeling generous, go to Modcloth, find these items, and buy them for me! Just kidding, go buy yourself something pretty (: !
